I have lost my health card and am not sure what to do.?

Hi i am flying out to BC for a 2 week fishing trip in a few days, and sorta need a health card incase I get shot or somthing. I have some how managed to lose my health card and majorly need one. How can I get another one quickly. I am 15

call the insurance company and have them overnight you one. If this is not possible, get an index card and write all you medical info on it- contact numbers, allergies, who you are, religion, age, medications, and the name and info that would be needed about your insurance company like your number from your cards. If you cannot locate it, ask your parents for the numbers and make copies of their cards if you are on their policies. Keep this info in a ziplock small baggie in on you at all times and just for safety have a copy in your luggage in case you lose one.
