Fly Fishing Trips Europe

I need advice please.?

Nobody answered my question under the fishing section, so I will try here. I want to buy my husband a fishing trip to Europe. From my research Austria, France, or Poland looks like the best places. If someone was buying you this trip where would you prefer to go? Also, do you know what “classic fishing” is called? All the trips I have seen are for fly fishing, and my husband does not fly fish. His equipment is for the classic type fishing. And, can you tell me what half-board fishing is please?

My boyfriend wants to fish the river ebru? in Spain, meant to be really good!! He does lake fishing, i dont know the proper term? But France is good for fishing as well, better than Poland and Austria I would say. Google France and Spain fishing trips and loadsa companies will come up.
